Time and attendance with GPS geofencing: clock in only where it counts
Each work site has its location and radius. Employees clock in from their phones and 365shift checks they are inside the radius. Where there is no phone, the manager clocks them in by QR. Actual hours sit next to the roster and, with the ΕΡΓΑΝΗ module, become the Greek Digital Work Card.
A radius per site
Set an address and radius for each site (100 metres by default). A clock-in outside the radius is recorded with the distance and flagged as out of bounds.
QR clock-in by the manager
For employees without a smartphone, the shift manager clocks them in by QR, with the same location check.
Matched against the roster
Actual clock-in and clock-out times sit next to the scheduled ones, so late arrivals and absences show at once.
Feeds the ΕΡΓΑΝΗ work card
With the ΕΡΓΑΝΗ module, clock-ins become the Digital Work Card with no extra step.
Flags to review
Out-of-bounds clock-ins and ones without a confirmed location are collected in one list for the manager, instead of getting lost.
Leave and shift swaps from the phone
Employees request leave or a shift swap in the app and the manager approves it from the approvals list.
