365shift files work cards to ΕΡΓΑΝΗ ΙΙ from the data you already keep: the shift roster or your employees’ clock-ins on their phones. No double entry and no separate app.
Two ways to file
Choose whether the card is declared from real clock-in and clock-out events, or whether the published roster is the declaration. The mode is set per company and applies to everyone.
Advance or retrospective changes
In advance mode nobody clocks in without a shift. In retrospective mode unscheduled work is recorded and admins are reminded to declare it.
Late declarations with a reason
A forgotten card or a late arrival is declared on the same day, with the ΕΡΓΑΝΗ delay reason and a mandatory internal note. Only admins can do it.
Clocking in never waits for ΕΡΓΑΝΗ
Employees clock in normally even when ΕΡΓΑΝΗ does not respond. The submission is queued, the queue is checked every minute, and every result shows on the ΕΡΓΑΝΗ page.
Credentials kept encrypted
Your company’s ΕΡΓΑΝΗ credentials are stored encrypted and used only by the filing service. No user can read them back after saving.
One system for shifts and cards
The roster employees see on their phones is the one that gets declared. There is no second record to reconcile with the first.

Do I need a separate app for the Greek Digital Work Card?
No. Cards are filed from 365shift, either from the shift roster or from employees’ clock-ins in the mobile app.
What happens if ΕΡΓΑΝΗ is down when an employee clocks in?
The clock-in is recorded in 365shift as normal and the submission is queued; the queue is checked every minute until it is sent.
Is the retrospective schedule-change system supported?
Yes. Choose advance or retrospective in the ΕΡΓΑΝΗ settings. In retrospective mode unscheduled work is recorded and admins are reminded to declare it.
