A clinic on 365shift
Each department is a team with its posts, and posts are the positions that need a skill. As the company’s sector you choose “General”.
Posts that are never empty
A nursing post covered 24 hours, every day, is 168 hours a week: 4.2 full-time people, five in practice. Schedule alerts show shifts without an employee, insufficient rest and unpublished weeks.
A skill per position
“Only certain posts” or “never certain posts” rules per employee, so a position that needs a skill is not covered by the wrong person. When the rule is a block, automatic filling respects it.
Nights that are shared
A 2-2-2-2 rotation for those who rotate, “no night shifts” for those who do not work nights, and minimum rest checked at the night-to-morning change, which the alerts show separately.
When someone is away
When you place a leave, the employee leaves the overlapping shifts and 365shift shows who can take them: anyone a blocking rule forbids is shown but cannot be picked, and the rest are ordered by fewest rules broken. For a longer absence, future shifts move to a replacement in one step.
Training and certificates
Courses, scheduled training sessions that go on the roster as training shifts, and a certificate for each completed course. Advanced and Expert plans.
ΕΡΓΑΝΗ Digital Work Card
With the ΕΡΓΑΝΗ module, every clock-in at the facility becomes a work card at its real time for the staff who are covered, and the ΕΡΓΑΝΗ page shows the cards close to the end of their 15 minutes.

Frequently asked questions
When does the Digital Work Card apply to healthcare?
From 2 June 2026 for ΚΑΔ 86, with fines from 12 October 2026. Doctors and dentists are exempt; support staff punch the card (Ministerial Decision 15441/2026; circular 25291/2026).
Do nurses punch the card?
Yes. Circular 25291/2026 exempts doctors and dentists; support staff — reception, nurses, cleaning — punch the card. Stretcher-bearers, rescuers and ambulance crews are exempt.
How many people does a 24/7 nursing post need?
168 hours a week: 4.2 full-time people before leave and absences (Labour Code, article 189), five in practice.
Can I set which skill covers each position?
Yes, with “only” or “never” rules for specific posts per employee. As a block, even automatic filling never breaks it.
Is the night-to-morning change checked?
Yes. Minimum rest is checked between every two shifts, and the schedule alerts show night-to-morning changes separately.
What happens when someone falls ill suddenly?
You place the absence on the roster, their shifts stay visibly empty and 365shift shows who can take them without breaking rest, hour ceilings or leave.
Can staff swap shifts?
Yes. They request a swap from the phone, the colleague accepts and the manager approves, seeing each person’s weekly hours.
How many departments does each plan cover?
Each department is a team and counts as a site: Basic one, Advanced up to 10 and Expert unlimited.
