A warehouse on 365shift
Each warehouse or distribution centre is a team with its location and radius; zones are posts. As the company’s sector you choose “Industrial & factories”, which brings the instruction sections for forklifts and loading docks, or “General”.
Who drives the forklift
“Only certain posts” rules for licensed operators and “never certain posts” for everyone else. As a block, automatic filling never puts the wrong person on the post.
The week’s peaks
Monday receiving and Friday dispatch need more people; save the typical week as a template and change only the peak days. The “Wants extra hours” rule shows who asks for more shifts.
Drivers and external sites
Delivery drivers have shifts at the depot and clock in there; the location check runs against the shift’s site, with a radius from 20 to 5,000 metres.

Equipment with stock
An equipment catalogue with stock, issue to an employee or a department with quantity and value, and returns. Employees request equipment from their phones and the admin approves. Advanced and Expert plans.

With the ΕΡΓΑΝΗ module, every clock-in at the site becomes a work card at its real time, and the ΕΡΓΑΝΗ page shows the cards close to the end of their 15 minutes.

Frequently asked questions
When does the Digital Work Card apply to warehouses?
Warehousing (ΚΑΔ 52.10) joined on 29 June 2026, with fines from 16 November 2026 (Ministerial Decision 18047/2026). Wholesale (ΚΑΔ 46) joined on 26 June 2025, with fines from 3 November 2025 (Decision 16973/2025).
Can I control who operates a forklift?
Yes, with “only” or “never” rules for specific posts per employee. As a block, even automatic filling never breaks it.
Is the afternoon-to-morning change checked?
Yes. The “Minimum rest between shifts” rule (11 hours by default) flags an afternoon shift ending at 22:00 followed by a morning shift at 06:00.
How do drivers clock in?
From the phone, at the site of their shift — the depot or the warehouse — inside the radius you set, from 20 to 5,000 metres.
Does the warehouse roster fill itself?
With the AI Scheduler (Expert), open shifts are filled against your rules with a reason for each assignment; rest, hour ceilings and leave are never broken.
Can I track the PPE I issue?
Yes. Equipment is issued to an employee or a department with quantity and value, its return is recorded, and employees request it from their phones. Advanced and Expert plans.
Are there instructions for forklifts and docks?
In the “Industrial & factories” sector, work instructions are written in sections such as Forklifts, Vehicles & Loading Docks and Health & Safety Obligations, with AI help. Advanced and Expert plans.
How many warehouses does each plan cover?
